HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Organizations can register the interest to participate here.

We hope to welcome as many participants as possible throughout the process, from the written inputs to the High-Level Segment. However, the High-Level Segment is subject to capacity constraints. If interest exceeds available space, an accreditation process will be carried out for organizations that have registered their interest through the form above and hold approved registration for the overall process. 

This selection of accredited organizations will be guided by the following criteria: regional balance, sectoral balance, and work to implement the transition away from fossil fuels in the three thematic pillars. Based on these criteria, accreditation badges will be allocated to up to two (1+1) representatives per approved organization for the high level segment. 

If participation in the High-Level Segment is not possible for your organization, we will ensure that you are able to engage through other stages of the process so that your perspectives and proposals are taken into account, including the written inputs, online dialogues, and stakeholder-led dialogues in Santa Marta.

Please note that participation is intended for organizations whose work and positions are aligned with the objectives of the Conference and with advancing the implementation of a transition away from fossil fuels. As part of the registration process, an initial screening will be carried out to ensure such alignment and to avoid conflicts of interest that could undermine the purpose of the Conference.

Governments, subnational governments, and other invitees who have received a formal invitation may omit this process.
